Payment
Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Payment by PayPal is due within 2 days of your order. I also accept e-checks through PayPal but there is a waiting period for an e-check to clear.
Shipping
Shipping is provided by USPS 1st class mail.
I use PayPal shipping to generate U.S. shipping labels. Your domestic postage will always include Delivery Confirmation.
If you would like to request shipping insurance ( a $2 fee ) for your purchase you may either contact me before check-out to make arrangements for the extra fee or add a message requesting insurance and I will send you a revised invoice.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer Service is my top priority! If there is ever an issue, please contact me.
I cannot be responsible for shipments lost or damaged in transit unless shipping insurance is purchased.
